Last night in Estes and trying a new restaurant. Saw this Napa Cab and gave it a try. Bit younger than I normally drink but there is a freshness to this bottle. Strong dark berries on the nose with a more jammy mid palate that reminds of a light Zinfandel.

Did not get a photo at tonight’s meal. Expressive nose. Chewy tannins. Rich mountain fruit. Nicely balanced wine. Drinking nicely even while young, but should improve with age. There’s something about mountain fruit. @BLT Charlotte

Representative of Napa and good quality - ripe, with round tannins and solid structure without being overly extracted or Oaked. Dark fruit a-plenty (blackberries and plums) with chocolate with some tobacco. Easy to like.
