This was really nice over lunch and almost - ALMOST - made up for last night's wine. Never heard of this before. We wanted a blanc de noirs and the Somm recommended this. It was excellent. Brioche and Apple. Very creamy, with soft bubbles. Will definitely try to find this again. This is a NV.

So obsessed with this 100% meunier champagne. CM and Co-op winemaking. This producer is the specialist in Pinot Meunier. Very low dosage at 6%. Absolutely stunning, apple, pear and brioche. @Brooke Gannon
