Floral, ripe peach, yellow Apple and saline. M+ intensity. Ripe lemon. Smells like the sea. M+ acid. M+ body. Long lingering finish.

Rich and round with prominent oak bringing out the Chardonnay Chablis-like aspects of Assyrtiko rather than the Sauvignon blanc citrus. Quite good.

Stony but with a bit of peach on the nose. Quite complex with medium acidity.
