100% Bobal fermented in clay amphora. Aromas and flavors of ripe red and black fruit with notes of roasted fresh herbs, dusty earth and toasted spices. Little bit of minerality on the sour finish. Even with all of that, the wine seems a little bland. A bit light on acidity. Not bad, just leaves you expecting/wanting more.

Feb 12th, 2023Leave this wine open for an hour before consuming. On first opening, it is fruity and bubblegum flavored, and far too rustic. But an hour of air smoothes out those extremes to reveal a fruit-forward but enjoyable wine, with a uniqueness that comes from its aging in amphora. Not a great wine but definitely something different, and a good choice with pizza or tacos. I enjoyed it with Beef with Cumin from a Chinese restaurant.

Apr 18th, 2021(17.5/20) Вино с ароматами чёрных фруктов, кедра, молочного шоколада и мяты. Нотка чёрного чая проявляется во вкусе. Тельное с довольно высокой кислотностью и интенсивными вяжущими танинами. Продолжительное послевкусие. Отлично! #fenavin2017
