Fruit forward and also acid forward. Sassy sharp tongued berry hussy. I like it. It doesn’t taste like Cahors. Which is fine. Fin.

Light in the fruit department. A touch of VA and brett give this some charm.

Polished Cahors that leans in the way of suppleness and charm than rusticity and edge. I dig it for what it is. Behind the plump black/blue fruit one can find all the spice, mineral, and herbal notes one wants. More acid driven than previous cuvée I had recently. Great wine for the table!

Raspberries, crushed stone, plus fennel and leather with some air. Palate is more restrained than the nose would suggest. Finished with some great grip.

Pleasantly ripe and lush for Cahors! Still brings some acid on the finish, I’m loving this one with pork chops seasoned with thyme and rosemary
