A really good cab. Fruit forward, ( let it breath awhile) velvet taste, fine tannins, nice smooth finish. A great q.p.r. wine.

Dark ruby in color with a purplish rim.
Fruity nose of blackberries, black currants, plums, cooked cherries, oak, vanilla, cloves, tobacco leaf, bitter herbs, spices, bell pepper, chocolates and peppercorn.
Full bodied with medium plus acidity and nice legs.
Dry and fruity on the palate with blackberries, black currants, sweet cherries, oak, vanilla, licorice, spices, smoke, chocolates, mocha, earth, vegetables and graphite.
Medium plus on the finish with medium tannins and tangy cranberries.
This is a nice Australian Cabernet Sauvignon. Showing good balance with mild complexity and a nice mouthfeel.
Easy drinking and good for parties or as a sipping wine by the porch.
Good right out of the bottle and better as it opens up, around 30 minutes.
I paired it with heavy appetizers.

I've had hundreds of wines from all price categories, varieties and vintages. Despite all the fluff that goes with that, I'm happy to say that I throughly enjoy the flavor and softness of this wine. Very drinkable with a nice taste of fruit on the front and a velvety finish. A heck of a deal for the price. Go for it!

Love this cab! Very smooth with a great finish. Great back story on the label. This was enjoyed by friends as well and I will definitely purchase it again!

The 2017 Cabernet ranked number one 8.9. The 2016 Red wine ranked number two 8.8. 2017 Shiraz number 3 with a 8.7. The 2017 red wine age 30 days in Rum barrels came in last with a 8.4.
