This is the Cayetano del Pino y Cia. Tasted at bodegas Lustau. Stunning depth, long finish. Nose like a madeira, sweeter than the palate.

Nutty bananas, cardamom

Probably the smoothest palo cortado I had. Orange peel with caramel. Not much nuts going on.

I really enjoyed this sherry. I got the nuttiness I desired with a citrus surprise on the finish

This is very, very good. I think "caramel, burnt orange" is right. Nose -almost- of an oloroso .. but drier. Olives really brought these out ...
