L’enchanteresse Pineau d'Aunis

Funky, poppy, and sexy, and feels like you are ingesting & slowly becoming your favorite William Onyeabor song. It's so smooth, but has such striking acidity that it pulsates through you and you just want to dance. Whether you're into slow grooving or cutting a fucking rug, this wine is it. Serve chilled, and let it warm up to room to come to know its smoky blackberry, zesty lemon meringue & peppered cranberry. I can't say how you'll look, but god damn will you feel fantastic, man.

09 intensity.

I have not always loved this wine, but I tried it at the winery and this time I did. Really did. 2012 is lighter, berries and funk and transparency. 2013 has more concentration, more fruit with the spice. It's the one I will sell up the first timers. Don't be scared.

2015/2016

Pompette. Blød, sur, skøn. Minder lidt om Gorge Seche fra Brendan Tracey. (Også Pineau d'Aunis).

Cold pearls, cantarell mushrooms, cranberries and their signature oxidative stinging alcohol hotness which goes fantastic with hard goats cheese. Love it

2013 ready to drink. Slight oak and vanilla, might need to put in caraffe. Bloody, mineral, juicy.
