High acid, a bit bracing but perfect for this 100+ heat and a light summer meal.

2nd serving of volcanic wine, this time is a white made of Garganega grapes. A full amber color and no grassy taste. Surprisingly creamy for a white wine. A floral nose with distinct ashy tone. It gets rightthroughmy nose! It's super smootn on the palate. Bit of pepper and bit bubbly, and overall saline
A bit too creamy to be my go to white, but love it's distinct character

Pair with oysters and other sharp, lean food. Don't try it with rich butter sauces.

Who gives a shit about Soave let alone Gambellara. But this is surprisingly delicious. Kind of Chablis-y. Flinty minerals and green apple lime zest. Paired perfectly with The Mollusk... You can get another drop of this. Yeah you wish. I drank the whole thing.
