2007 Dolcetto d'Alba consumed in 2022. Balance and excellent. Sung well with charcoal grilled lamb entrecôte in the garden. Must say it was excellent. Far exceeded my expectations, but storage has been in optimal conditions.

Young and vibrant dolcetto. Very fresh and crunchy fruit, young tannins, high acidity. I paired it with a Philly cheesesteak and went well! 😅👌🍷👍🏻
