Just barely sweet with enough vinegar undertones to give it a punch. Umeboshi plum-esque funtimes

Dark cherry, overripe banana, fruit cake...but dry as a bone. Hard to get really excited about though.

light, refreshing, more berry flavors/ fruit forward than prosecco. perfect compliment to a prosciutto fig jam and cheese plate. not too sweet. good value
