We both thoroughly enjoyed this Rioja. Make sure to give this wine time to open. This is a medium-heavy bodied wine that is smooth with a bit of texture. Suggest this be enjoyed with some hearty food. Far too bold to be had without. Enjoyable, but there are better Rioja's at this price point

Medium bodied earthy, ripe but not sweet, fine cloudy tannin. Balanced with nice acidity to give the fruit a bit of a lift. Bottle disappeared very easily as we ate at Movida. Melbourne. Muy bien!

Supple balanced fruit. A whiff of tobacco. And some aromatic oak. Not very complex or unique, but as a $12 everyday ufility player this is really quite enjoyable
