16’ Lone Birch Pinot Gris. I have a love-hate relationship with Pinot Gris’s. Sometimes the acid is just a little much for my taste. This is not the case with this. This would pair wonderfully with a baked salmon!
Profile- Classic, acidity throughout the glass. Lemon, green apple, grapefruit, spicy, richness to it. Not a varietal I normally would gravitate towards. Nice bottle of wine.

Tropical floral nose of flowers and pineapple, opens super fruity with a slight spritz, lime acid keeps it from being flabby.

Aromas of pear and melon morph in to tropical flavors of pineapple and papaya. Quite fruit forward but there are some off-flavors on the finish.

Love the minerality and perfect structure to balance the fruitiness. Fruit is good for PG
