Great stuff. Toasty and rich. Brioche and almonds with a dense golden color. The zip and vigor of late disgorgement gives this a freshness but with great complexity and lots of secondary stuff. Wonderful

Brioche and toasted hazelnuts on the nose. Beautiful poise… bright lemon and tingling acidity with real depth of flavor and length. Delicious

The 1988 Collection is at that magical place where Champagne starts to become more vinous and wine-like. Mesmerizing way to start the night. 1981 from Magnum.

Light gold. Nutty and bready with a bold and tangy acidity. Long and complex.

Gorgeous stuff. Tawny golden color. Good secondary characteristics with a hint of marmalade, peaches. Good fizz and lovely mineralogy and length.
