Kimbao Central Valley Sauvignon Blanc

Pale antique gold leaf with a tinge of watery green. Smells of honeysuckle and tropical fruit. Crisp, light mouthfeel, tart fruit, lingering acidity. A hint of kiwi in the finish? I think a bit more time to age in the bottle would suit this young 2014 Sauv. well... Good thing I have another bottle!

Loved this crips, clean Sauvignon Blanc. With a sliiht hint of pear and fruit, this goes down very smooth.

Well balanced as you would expect from a Chilean cab sav. Great value

Very light and sweet. Very pleasant to sit during the last few minutes at the office.

I usually don't like whites, and this took me by surprise. Had three glasses and found out it had complexity. I really felt comfortable with the finish. What a great wine to spend a Friday with in the company of great music.

This reminds me I need to get some green peas at the store... :-)
Not a bad wine, but slightly one-dimensional. I have enjoyed more complex SB from Chile
