Südtirol - Alto Adige Sauvignon

Lovely

Most interesting wine I’ve tried this year. So fruity (not tropical), peach, pear, and gooseberry with equal acidity to counterbalance. Incredible.

Fresh apple, herbal, best very chilled.

Surprisingly great for a Northern Italian Sauv Blanc, super high acidity, slight tropical fruit, but well balanced.

Wasn’t liked... I heard it smelled like Hot Dogs.... random

That is a champion for the price. Love the Alto Adige.

Small tight bubble

Nice nose. Dry, nervy and spicy.

Crisp, refreshing with Apple and melon notes, medium body, mineral finish. Highly enjoyed the Barrata appetizer.

This was consumed later in the evening by the pool, and unlike the young lady I took an interest in, this vino had no curves - sharp and crisp #qprnorditalia
