Fruit forward but terrific in a pinch when New World PN is just not your thing.

Fairly insipid right now. Lean, good acid, shy on the nose and very tight and reticent with fruit.

This kicks ass for the money. Very well made, reminds me of MSD in character. Dark and savory with plenty of charm. Has all the rustic and earthy notes that I crave from Burgundy. Redux at first but air and a bottle shake do the trick. From Old VV vines in Vosne and Haute Cote du Nuits.

Great quality for the price. Elegant - strongly floral and mineral, with brambly red fruit.

Red licorice wrapped in a leaf. Volatile nutmeg spice hints.

Delicious. Value Pinot. Good without food.

2016 Oka has higher acidity level than most people's tolerance threshold, but it exudes breed and class, lots of reserve in energy, it is thoroughly modern but totally enlightened winemaking.

Fantastic example of winemaking the right way. Of a natural bent but none of the bullshit that goes along with it. Clean and beautiful ripe fruit- pomegranate, red cherry, raspberry, violet. Also some crushed rock and damp dirt. High acid into a soft bed of tannins this got it going on. Also a steal, better than some village Msd at twice the price
