Deep straw yellow color with aromas of stone fruit, citrus and nutty spice notes. On the palate flavors of pear, peaches and lemon flavors with notes of sweet herb spice. Good acidity, balance and structure, medium+ finish ending with salty mineral character. Very Nice!

Slightly underripe nectarine, fresh herbs, clover honey, lime and wet stones. Nice structure and acidity. I'm going to have to seek out more Etna Bianco.

Interesting nose of pears, sweet butter (not "oaky" butter, but like a stick of sweet fresh butter), and underlying minerality. Crisp, stony, austere, lingering flavors. Unusual and nice.

Drinking with Hanna, Josh, Vandan, and Sara. Very light yellow color, pale. Nose is a little citrusy. Sweet at the start with lemony and juicy feeling. Pretty good but a little too sweet for me. $49 at Etto

Refreshing stone fruits with some funk on the end of the nose

Graybarns. Light and just barely sweet. Stone fruit.

Refreshing and nice body. I like the saline minerality and grapefruit flavors, but a bit bitter.
