Light straw yellow in color. Gorgeous, complex nose of pears, toasted almond, baked bread. On the palate this is a knockout. Incredibly flavorful, round and full. Great acidity and a long finish. Beautiful

Benchmarking. Pop and pour. On the nose: richly-styled lemon custard, toasted hazelnut, lemon oil, crushed rock. On the palate: soft pineapple, hazelnut, loads of crushed rock...electric acidity..just so vibrant and juicy...energetic finish. Very good, if leaning a bit ripe right now.

Half bottle with tasting menu at Le Cinq in Paris. Meursault is my favorite white burgundy. Nose was incredible, good length. Rich but balanced. Lemon, wet stone, white peach.
