Initially optimistic bout this but had to wait 40 mins or so to loosen up - showed delicate red & black bramble fruit, hint of oak vanilla - soft sweet mid palate but definitely lacked tannic structure as it barely stood up to my T-Bone as it is crafted to be very soft & approachable
