Vanilla, ripe even stewed red cherry, black cheese, blueberries, dark currant with licorice note, savory with black pepper, fruity on the palate with some creamy toasty popcorn note. Love the nose bit a bit too fruity for my taste but each grape has shown it’s best.

I am in love with this wine. It has an amazing blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre. Pairs well with a petite peppered steak or a small piece of sea salt dark chocolate.

Pale ruby. Red cherries, ripe, bright luscious fruit. Vanilla, mint, coconut, brown sugar and a bit of savoryness. A little hot on the palate but still a well balanced wine with nice layers.

This was very closed for the first pour and benefited greatly from some time (1hr) to breathe. Once it opened up, it had a liquid smoke hints on a crisp, grassy nose. Tasted of blackberry, black cherry, and cola with along acidic finish.
