This Chardonnay is a bit buttery but makes a decent food wine.

Opened this last night not expecting greatness even being from the Russian River Valley (which is one of my favorite regions) and it completely exceeded any expectations. Very approachable Chardonnay with a butter finish but not overly buttery and a hint of floral. I'd definitely drink this again!

Slightly buttery and flowery and light fruit flavor, with a little vanilla. Not much oak.

Theres a lil alanis morisette in there...got a surprising effervescence thats not visually detectable and despite the obligatory malo has the apple and lemon in there as well...but despite what the label says about why they chose the name...there is an iron like quality to it ...should pair well w duck liver mousse (if u dont have a 1990 yquem flying around.

Extremely smooth, but the buttery flavor is almost overpowering. Drinkable, but would not buy again
