So, Vanessa and I bought a case of this in 2003 when we decided to get married at Peju winery in May 2004 (she and I met in 1999). Unlike me...but totally like her...this wine has evolved into an amazing cab with layers of flavor, complexity, and sophistication. Why she puts up with me is one of the great mysteries of the world...but well done me! Great wine...but pales in comparison to my amazing bride of 15 years.

18 years old, perfectly aged. Stood up for 2 days prior to opening, there is lots of sediment. Wine was well balanced, with mellowed tannins. Classic Napa cab. Berry Cherry notes, slight hint of leather and toast. Much better than I anticipated.
