Tasted a bit and was nice. Hate to say that I used most of the bottle in a Boeuf Bourguignon I was making...

Not super complex, but really nicely balanced bright red fruit here.

A lovely fresh red balanced pleasant with no over statements, deep Ruby, full log red fruits and a touch of earthiness, medium body lovely acidity, fruity finish, my score 86, drink to 2017

1st glass right out of bottle: Light red purple color, great pinot nose with earthy gamey dusty moderate dark fruits; more red fruit character on the palate with fine tannins and an unevolved incoherent midpalate and finish. 2nd glass decanted 2h: not much improved, some liquorice notes but that's it. Nice typical grand vin dB, but not very interesting.

Very good for an off vintage. Floral violet aromas. Red fruits, black truffles, earth, and subtle leather flavors.
