Loose, frothy, hoary, blonde dome built on big bubbles. Navel orange, lemon dough, tangerine, and ruby grapefruit with a sweet side to the bouquet. Texturally perfect with a zesty pizzazz. Yellow grapefruit and lemon prevail here on the citrus flip side. All aboard, because every car of this train strains under the weight of these fruits, and goes on as far as the palate can see! There is a softer, lime interplay, and an interesting wheat germ moment that races by the windows of this Shinkansen. The lacing has devolved to pterodactyl heirlglyphs with dance moves painted by Dubuffet. Finally, after acclimation to the break-neck speeds of the time travel train, we arrive in the land of the lemon poppy eaters! Doest the Dust? The aroma! The hops are so floral and heady, you'd be surprised it's an IPA at all.. Until the finish. Sneaky ABV... Great to revisit.

Dec 31st, 2017Had no idea what this one was all about, but bought a few bottles for an Easter Gathering. Ended up chickening out and taking zero of them. Had the first one tonight. Holy smokes Batman! In my opinion, compared to a Stone or Dogfish Head IPA , this one comes in third place. In my opinion, the Finish was not too floral, too much grapefruit, this one was right down the middle. Really nice IPA. Usually don't post the beers that I drink, but I was inspired

Apr 18th, 2017The label is an artichoke throwing up space dust. The sign of true quality. (Yes, i know it's a giant hop.) is this a double? It sure seems like a double. Pretty aggressive IBUs for a single.
