I really wanted to love this...I honestly tried. It's good, don't get me wrong. It felt like a big CA Pinot trying to be Oregonian. There isn't enough earth and complexity to make it interesting, and not enough brightness to make it overtly delicious.

Enjoyed with family. The age on it enhanced the wine beautifully. Tannins were very soft and the fruit mature but still very present. Wanted to savour as it was the last of my Shae vineyards wines in my cellar. It did not disappoint. Noted I drank my 2009 in 2020 and it was past its prime, three years later the 2010 was perfect.

I waited to long. The cork crumbled, the fruit was all gone. Very sad

Premier vineyard combined with an exacting winemaker results in a Pinot that endures.

Wow a stunning bottle of Pinot Noir! All silky and rich on the palate without any prominent oak, so incredibly perfumed, ripe red raspberry and cherry fruit, and a sprinkle of earthiness to round it out. Totally complete wine, loved it.

Just not impressed with the 2014 wines and this one is dull too, no earth tones, fruit is not that present. I have a large amount of 2014's i hope some are better... really disappointed!
