100% Chardonnay da parcelle Grand Cru della Côte des Blancs, tutti della vendemmia 2007 in aggiunta ad una percentuale di Chardonnay di riserva della vendemmia 2006. La fermentazione alcolica viene svolta in acciaio. La malolattica è completamente svolta. Minimo 36 mesi di soggiorno sui lieviti e almeno 3 mesi di riposo dopo il dégorgement. Dosaggio della liqueur: 8 g/L.
