Christmas eve back to homeland. Marco Carpineti makes wine in Cori, Lazio ancient town dating back to the fourth century B.C. He rediscovered ancient grapes such Bellone the same one actually in this vibrant Metodo Classico, just a flawless appetizer before dinner with good old friends, paired by the perfect impulse sound of Ellington meets Hawkins.. the New York Times described it as: "one of the great Ellington albums, one of the great Hawkins albums and one of the great albums of the 1960s"

Classic method sparkling from Central Italy, made with "bellone" grapes, 2012 DOC 24 months on the yeasts, 12,5%.
Bottle tasted in December 2014.
Rich golden yellow color.
Aromatic nose, ripe yellow peach, a little citrus.
In the mouth the bubbles are big, not too elegant, quite acidic, but green too.
