Tiberio Pecorino

Lemon, lime, touch of apple and verbena with ample salinity and acid. Great with shell fish and pasta.

So so pretty: apples, pears, white flowers, minerality. Great acidity! Great food wine I had it with some awesome takeout and it’s available during this crazy time: Royal red shrimp over risotto with peas 😋😋

Digress. 2018 in 8/21. $29. 13.5% Not sure what the "Glocal" is but Delectable is certain that word has something to do with this wine even though it is non existent on the bottle....solid from what I recall...

Decent table wine, pairs well with seafood.

Nice Pecorino with saline and lemon notes. Good with anchovies.

Bright layered and focused. Citrus notes, crushed stone and hints of anise. A good solid wine but not exciting.

Has a waxy side to it. Crisp lemon. Watching Serena play. Go get it girl!!

Nice crisp Italian white. A bit one note but not in a bad way, just not overly complex. Good aperitif wine.

I did an awful job documenting wines on the Hawaiian islands. Living in the moment is best. Now I’m back to my euro whites in The Dirty South. Cheers to hydrangeas, hummingbirds & Passion flowers. The pecorino is fab too.
