First experience with a Beaujolais Nouveau and what in the hell was I waiting for? Juicy, fruity, plummy, and just the right amount of floral qualities with a little vanilla on the nose, not from oak but from pure sweetness. Way too easy to drink, and that's a compliment.

Leaned in and got a nose full of plum and cherry. Light spices. Juicy, medium fruit, with a much lighter body than I expected. A nice change from my usual selections. Having with a board of things leftover from the weekend.
