One of mine is The Polar Express with @tomhanks 🚂🎄 And I feel like it was the perfect match for this bottle of Perelada Stars 2014 Brut Nature Cava from Spain.

You can buy it for $15 per bottle in a case from @cellarmasters which is an absolutely stellar 💫 deal!

⭐️ Made from the grape varieties; Xarel Lo, Parellada, Macabeu, Chardonnay & Pinot Noir

⭐️ Made in the traditional method (aka like champagne)

⭐️ 15 months on lees

I found it a pretty lemon-lime colour on the eye with citrus shortbread and almond icing on the nose. In the mouth it’s full of juicy lemons and pears, it’s crisp and uncomplicated 🥂

Sister of the rose - just as delish!

Pale lemon color.
Aromas of toast, lemon, mineral.
Dry. Flavors of earthiness, lemon. Tart finish.

Beautifully soft mouth fizzzz, peachy, strawberries, vanilla in smell and mouth

Dry, flavour. Not very developed or interesting. Clean though. A bit on the sour side. Gravel.
