No notes. Friend’s 47th bday celebration. Memorable for the pretty fruit: custard, star fruits, & green grapes.

When La Veuve is on, she’s on. The toastiness, fruit and balance are all impeccable.

This entry-level Champagne is always nice to begin the evening with.

Medium plus in body with medium plus sized bubbles and high acidity.

Showing citrus, lemons, limes, earth, black pepper, minerals and light yeast.

Tangy finish with limes and light almonds.

Good right out of the bottle, and good by itself or with food.

Nicely balanced and easy drinking.

Very consistent through the years.

12% alcohol by volume.

89 points.

$48.

Champagne House is judged on the quality of its Brut NV. The predominance of Pinot Noir provides structure, typically of a Clicquot, Pinot Meunier adds roundness & Chardonnay adds elegance. Light golden color, complex aromas of stone & citrus fruit & creamy biscuit. Tiny bubbles, light mousse, apple & orange citrus flavors with raspberry notes, good balance. The finish has notes of toasty nutty yeast, clean on the medium+ ending. Ok for a mass produced bubbly!

This was in my cellar for already quite some time (6+Year) but still fresh apples a bit of toast and yeast. Slightly matured tones. But a great glass for a celebration.

Having a champagne Sunday. Pouring the good stuff.

Straw color, very tiny bubbles, citrus and yeast taste. Not sweet, dry finish.

Product of France. This is one of our favorites.
