Deep garnet black color with beautiful red purple edge.
Cassis and raspberry, red rose and lily pollen, black pepper, coffee, cacao, dry beef, boiled egg and oil.
Vibrant acid and fresh fruity attack with soft sweetness, good tannin and richness.

The oak keeps coming...what palate punishment!

Jammy and medium bodied. It opened up after awhile, but I kept drinking and wanting more...

Very delicate salted caramel taste among other things.
