Palate is chock full o' minerals; like someone threw a ripe apple against a block wall and you licked it. Medium long white peppery finish. Rich foods are its friend: it cuts through massaman curry quite nicely.

Exploding with nectarine, lemon, and fresh herbs on the nose, this Austrian riesling carries a nice balance between acidity and sweetness on the palate, featuring notes of stone, peach, rich melon, honey, and pastry crust. The finish is long and quite pleasant... All the elements I love in a riesling, in excellent balance.
