Leather, cinnamon, baking spices, tobacco, potting soil, chopped firewood.
Black pepper and blackberries. Cigar smoke, cinnamon. Beautifully spicy. Sandalwood.
I also taste slight seaweed, but maybe that’s because I just had toro handrolls at Sugarfish 😂.

Also, fennel and balsamic. After a couple hours of rest, this wine really opened up. I started to love it.
