2013 ELU by St. Supery. Bright blueberry with vanilla and brown sugar notes. Reminds me of a Del Dotto Cab. Very pleasing wine that's surprisingly ready to drink now (I decanted 3 hours) but should age fairly well too.

Napa Bordeaux-Style Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (74%), Merlot (10%), Malbec (7%), Cabernet Franc (5%) and Petite Verdot (4%). Deep red/ purple color. Aromas of black berry/plum, coffee, smoky oak and black strap molasses. Palate is rich and full of black and blue fruit, toasted nuts, black licorice and baking spices. Nice vanilla element on the finish. Lovely silky structure, texture and tannins. Quite complex but well balanced and very easy to drink. Sincerely appreciate the gift, Mark and Terri!
