Dark as blood. Smells acrid or bitter when first opened. Dust and bell pepper in the mouth. Very tannic. A youngster. Bitter though. Time open helps. Improved. Nice pleasing stuff,

I cellared this wine and boy did it pay off. This is a beauty! Dark fruit and dried fig flavors. Tannins are so smooth. What a treat! 2008 in 2020.
