Great aged wine. Brick color with opacity. Rosemary, thyme, caramel and purple flowers on the nose. Bone dry and peppery with a quick finish on the palette. Pair with roots, hearty vegetables and charcuterie with soft cheese.

100% Boga. Pinot Noir style. Great with cured meats and cheeses, or hearty veggies like spinach, mushrooms, and squash. It is bone dry. Spices like caramel, molasses, and rosemary. Dark fruits like plum and blackberries. Very floral - violets and lavender. Very light.
