Very divisive at the table. I heard everything from a bouquet of white flowers to hot dog water on the nose. Personally a highlight of the night. Bright but round. Mineral as one would expect from cornelissen. Intellectual.

One of the most complex wines I have ever tasted. If it had Co2 it could pass as a beer. Deep golden color with hints of cooked apple and malt. Finish fell short and the lack of acid results in the posted score.

Hazy gold. Yellow apples, cement, and pottery on the nose and palate. Medium plus tannins and bright firm acidity along with some frizzante bubbles. You want to appreciate Cornelissen? Here’s a great start if you can find it.

2013 vintage past it’s prime or just plain flawed. Not sure what to make of this even within the world of natural wines and orange wines, and I’m not new to the game. I’ll chalk it up to over the hill on this bottle and move on.

Munjebel Terre Siciliane Bianco 2015 by Frank Cornelissen, with local grapes like Carricane and Grecanico this is a very fresh white wine like Strohmeier, 2Naturkinder, Stol’n by TR and other organic wines we really like. This one is less mineral more fruity and lacked a bit acidity for seafood, but really pleasant as aperitive. Some star fruit on palate
