Deliciousness at the end of the day. Very close to an ideal end-of-shift bottle of wine. Juicy, structured, and full of textural intrigue.
Another example of why the Loire is worth turning over all it’s rocks.

My wife's out of town so I made porkchops and I'm drinking this. I'm a hero and a champion.

A spicy, peppery, snack you in the face kind of wine. Cab Franc-esque, medium bodied. Not super quick drinking. tart with high acid, this is for winter sipping.

Such a steal. Can't wait to see how this producer evolves

Assumed this would be over the hill at this point but it was in a perfect spot of harmony. A pleasant surprise!

Just on dry side, light, peppery, mildly funky Loire

Not as pepper-driven as previous vintage I’ve tasted but still enjoyable and highly quaffable.

Barnyard-y spices and purple fruit goodness.

Funky, natural French wine. Smooth, complex, with notes of white pepper.
