Golden color. Aromas full of melon and green apple with a hint of ginger. A full bodied creamy Chardonnay that highlights melon and apricot on taste. Maybe not a food wine. It is much better by itself - a mild cheddar may pair well.

Not bad for a Chardonnay. Oaky & buttery. Goes well with a light pasta. Not too sweet

Do not let the rich golden color of this wine deceive you, it is exceptionally light and crisp. Drank well on its own, yet could see it pairing well with soft cheeses or a nice piece of fish.
