Aug 17th, 2018Very light in color almost watery but with a powerful aromatic nose of elderflower and pineapple; taste is full of red and yellow tart citrus fruit that doesn't quite march the mile-high acids, which makes me sour-grin at the finish; adding food in the shape of a robust shrimp sallad made it alot better.

sadly, last bottle of this stoopid good elixir from the Saar. whiffs of honey lemon curd and even buttered toast with the faintest hint of petrol at back, and the palate...wow! more lively than lively and longer than long! More please!

Clear, pale yellow color. Medium - aromas of stone fruit, peach, and nectarine. Medium + acidity with medium intense flavors of lemon, grapefruit, ripe nectarine, and stony minerality. A medium finish...very refreshing!
