This wine is a lesson in balance; earthy, wet forest floor aromas, with tobacco/leather and baking spices (clove/mace/cinnamon/nutmeg). It evolves as you drink it. Lovely tannins and dried dark stone fruit. Acidity and minerality that not only stands up to food, but enhances it.
