I have no idea how to rate this.. my first mead. It's clearly well-made. Powerful stuff. Honey. Apples. Spice. Bourbon. Xmas. Tried as an after dinner wine but it's too much. My first inclination is to mix it with club soda as an Apple Pie spritzer. Does this make me a pussy?
