Easily one of the best Shiraz I've had. So many pretty aromas. Just right amount of weight, and not overwhelming.

What you would expect from Shiraz, without wanting to wipe your tongue with a wet rag after drinking a full glass. Coming soon to Fiola Mare (get it while the temperature stays low...and we have Miyazaki Kobe with truffles!

Wonderful balance, powerful nose and palate, showing lovely aromatics and complexity.
Black cherries, charred oak, truffled salami, peppery beefy BBQ-notes, coffeebeans.
Ready to drink now - the dark fruit is slowly giving way to complex nuances of spicebox - but nowhere near fading or drying out yet.
