Bright and bitter and slightly sour; citrus rind, somewhat herbaceous. Very good, and crushable at 2.8% ABV.

Full of flavor and only 2.9%. A great farmhouse table beer, if you can find it.

Good for a 2.8% abv, and very refreshing with subtle lemon notes. But overall it was a little boring

I do drink things other than wine and gin sometimes! I am eternally grateful to live so close to these visionaries. This farmhouse saison is lemony and fresh with notes of hay and barnyard. It was perfect with our clams steamed in green curry broth and a crusty baguette. Happy Valentine's!
