Pale lemon with pronounced stone fruit and citrus aromas. On the palate flavors of apple, pear and orange citrus with vivid acidity, minerality and spice. Medium finish ending dry with fresh fruit and a touch of stony mineral notes.

Fresh cut cabbage slaw, little unctuous bouquet like cheddar, still some pear.

Minerality, fine bubbles, medium to high acidity. River pebbles. Sweeter than I normally prefer my Rieslings, but happy to try something different from the varietal than I’m used to.
