Lovely Rich and dense. Minerality and butterscotch in the nose. A little oaky and a little sweet on the palate but a great acidity.

The nose is really lite. Maybe get apple or a zest of some sort. Tart grape or berry on the palate that fades into a softness. Kind of like a custard or a lemon yogurt. Very interesting wine

What a great chard. Would have initially called it a California just based on the initial butteryness and oak, but it calmed down over an hour or so revealing beautiful honeyed notes and more complex slightly tropical fruit. Balanced and expressive

Wonderful balanced acidity and oak. Aged 13 months in oak bbls and the butter notes it inherited are fantastic. High acidity up front
