Opens with passionfruit, quince and volcanic dust. Savory and sweet on the palate with lots of salty minerals, though lacking a touch of acid. Medium-light bodied; very nice.

Was expecting a little more , peach , minerality . But wasn't in complete balance . I have had so much better from Lanzarote .....
