Anis, vanilla, toasts, black currant, eucalyptus, mentor, hay, dry green leaves, rosemary, spices. Fresh and green.

smells of fur, crushed blackberries, boysenberry, blueberries, tomato leaf, fresh-turned fertile soil.
tastes like blackberry, cranberry, wood, fertile earth, a little leather, some meaty savory notes, a little balsamic with fine tannins. took a bit to open up....remained surprisingly tart and acidic.
